This 4 hour Seminar will go in depth into the science behind training the Butterfly Swords covering:
- Techniques to develop strength and accuracy, as well as, how to develop speed when using the Butterfly Swords.
- Training and refining when blocks should be used on the center line vs. the central line.
- Stance and foot work as it relates to dealing with single and multiple weapons.
- The strategy behind dealing with different types of weapons.
- Specific training drills for closing the distance on a longer weapon.
- Single and two hand Chi Sao techniques being applied to the Butterfly Swords.
