This workshop will cover how to use both long and short staff fighting techniques. Learn how to use a dragon pole in tight places. Techniques taught in this workshop will be both Wing Chun Dragon Pole and the Southern Short Staff known as the Fisherman’s Pole. Covered in this workshop will be the following:
1. Basic conditioning techniques to improve your speed, power and stamina.
2. Key blocking and striking techniques from both systems.
3. Fighting applications.
4. Chi Gwan Drills (Chi sao with poles)
Beginner through advanced students welcome to attend!
