This is a strength set and a health set.  It will increase your overall strength, especially in the upper body, i.e., Iron Vest.  It will start in the center chest and expand outward to the shoulder, arms and back.  Iron Vest works by increasing the Chi that circulates around the internal organs.  This will help you to receive more blows without injury and the injury you receive will have a much faster recovery time.  The health benefits will be a stronger posture, a stronger stability for the lower back and abdominals and increased muster endurance.  This Workshop has two valuable training programs, one is for the martial artist training for full contact fighting and the other has modern health values.  The programs will have an outline for 1-3 years of training with repetitions and sets based on your needs for just modern health benefits or traditional kung fu training.

This Program has 3 sets, each having 8 exercises.  They are a combination of both internal and external training.  Handout directions for training the sets will be given upon completion.  The entire program will be covered at this Workshop. 

 Beginner through advanced students welcome to attend!

 Participants are not required to have attended the previous Workshops.
