In this Workshop you will learn how to make your hands stronger. By developing your hand strength you develop a much better Lap Sao. Along with your stronger Lap Sao, you will have better controlling techniques. Better grip strength will help you with your Chin Na (grabbing and seizing skills).

This Workshop will cover:

Participants can either use plastic training swords or Kali sticks.

In this Seminar we will dissect different aspects of the Butterfly Sword applications.

This Seminar will cover:

  • How to defend against multiple attack combinations.
  • Multiple applications to the upward & downward Figure 8 techniques.
  • Single & Double sword applications to both long and short weapons.
  • Empty hand defense to the Butterfly Sword.
  • Attacking combinations.
  • Training drills.
  • Review the Butterfly Sword Form.
