In this seminar we will delve deeply into the world of herbs. Intermediate topics such as herbal actions, safety, contraindications, energetic, constitutional theory, anatomy and physiology. We will explore holistic support for healthy body systems and a variety of common imbalances, as well as, provide guidance for herbal therapeutics formulation.

This seminar will cover:

Review the different ways to prepare

herbs
decoction
hot and cold water infusions
proportions, tinctures and syrups
Blending formulas.
Creating formulas.
Drying and storing herbs.
Developing an Herbal First Aid Book for:
Bites and stings
Anti itch topicals
Burns and rashes
Cuts and wounds
Waterless hand cleaner
Immunity support
Pain and stress
90 page handout will be provided.
For those interested, Experiential Exercises will be given.
These short explorations are designed to help you explore topics presented in these lessons as a way to reinforce and expand your knowledge of the concepts. We encourage you to delve into these experiential exercises.

The Three Reflexes Of Chi Sao

When you are engaged in Chi Sao with an opponent there are 3 reflexes which must become second nature to you. In this seminar you will learn the three primary reflexes, how to recognize and differentiate between them and learn how to properly capitalize on how your opponent moves or holds his structure.

In this seminar we will cover:

1) The three reflexes from 2 hand and single hand chi sao.

2) How to employ these actions in combat

3) Applying your chi sao from moving from pre contact

4) Combat applications
