When you are engaged in Chi Sao with an opponent there are 3 reflexes which must become second nature to you. In this seminar you will learn the three primary reflexes, how to recognize and differentiate between them and learn how to properly capitalize on how your opponent moves or holds his structure.

1) The three reflexes from 2 hand and single hand chi sao.
2) How to employ these actions in combat
3) Applying your chi sao from moving from pre contact
