The Art of Life Foundation in conjunction with The Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Academy, the Moorestown Petsmart Adoption Agency of Camden County Animal Shelter and the Camden County Animal Shelter will hold a PET ADOPTION Fundraiser at The Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Academy, 3747 Church Road, Suite 4 in Mount Laurel, NJ on Sunday, June 23, 2013. The PET ADOPTION will be held from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Academy will be presenting a complimentary one month of martial arts classes gift certificate to anyone who adopts a pet at the Fundraiser on Sunday, June 23, 2013 and takes a pet home that day.

Eligibility for a Gift Certificate:
1. Application forms must be requested, filled out and approved prior to the Adoption date of June 23rd. Please call the Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Academy to request the application forms (856-231-0352).
2. Upon approval, the cat or dog must be adopted on the day of the Fundraiser, June 23, 2013 and taken home that day.
3. One gift certificate per family, for one family member.
4. Gift certificates must be signed by Master Keith Mazza.
5. Current Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu members are excluded from eligibility.
