Be a part of this unique Workshop where Master Keith Mazza reveals his personal fight training routines! These routines will be offered as mini workshops. The second workshop is a circuit training routine to develop speed and power in your kicking techniques. The routine involves a combination of traditional kicks and punches, along with footwork and calisthenics to enhance your speed, power and fluidity. The workout will also include warm up techniques, cool down stretches, abdominal work and meridian massage. This is the second in a series of modules. This training will greatly help you to get in better shape, become more flexible and enhance your fighting capabilities.
